Todd May, MD, is a practicing family physician and Vice President Medical Director at Health Net. He is the clinical leader for a multiple health plan collaboration working with the poorest performing hospitals to improve their performance. He also provides leadership in a multi-payer initiative to promote Advanced Primary Care in California. Immediately prior to joining Health Net, Dr. May was professor of Family & Community Medicine at UCSF and chief medical officer at San Francisco General Hospital.
