Carelon Behavioral Health Quality Division used NCQA’s Behavioral Health Framework and road map for the 2023 restructure and redeployment of its Quality Division. This session will present the framework in action through a real-life example of a quality department’s transformation, and will review improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction, improvements in HEDIS measures and development of a comprehensive health equity program that is interconnected with the behavioral health quality program. The new program has improved overall care for membership. 

This session will include a discussion of lessons learned and key takeaways, including considerations for future development.
