Previously, Robert built top-performing teams across two heavily regulated industries (Healthcare and FinTech). As Head of Operations at Vestwell, he built the company's first data team while overseeing nearly a third of the company's employees who managed more than $30B in assets for over a million savers. As the Head of Operations at andros, he helped scale the company's credential processing from a few hundred per month to more than 15K per month with an average of 2.4 days turnaround time. He was also an advisor to Medallion, where he helped to build the operations team and secure NCQA accreditation.
