Tiffany is a manager of Community Health at Hill Physicians Medical Group, an independent physician association based in Northern California. Her focus is on advancing health equity and providing personalized care to patients. She also has experience with managing quality programs and improving performance on HEDIS and CMS Star measures. Tiffany earned a PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco and completed a Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at Kaiser Permanente Washington.
