Rebeccah Baer, MHA manages the Data Aggregator Validation program at NCQA. In her role, she monitors and oversees the validation program activities by ensuring the validity, consistency, and comparability of the program across organizations, validators, and responsible parties/data partners. Rebeccah is dedicated to health care quality and has worked on other NCQA programs including eCQM and HEDIS Measure Certification. Ms. Baer received an MHA in Health Administration from George Mason University and holds a BS in Health Services Administration and a Minor in Business Administration from James Madison University.
