Principle Sales Engineer
Ms. Hughes-Jackson works closely with sales, customers, marketing, design, and product teams to create custom business solutions for customers. Her role requires research and analysis of customers’ business needs and development of intermediate-range strategies and solutions based on extensive product knowledge and healthcare expertise. Ms. Hughes-Jackson is also involved in industry organizations, conferences, and forums and maintains knowledge of complex aspect of products and systems, and often presents these solutions to various audiences. Before joining the Inovalon team, Ms. Hughes-Jackson implemented the HEDIS® program at a large health plan in North Texas.
