Tammie has been Director of the MyCare Waiver program since early 2019 and has worked in leadership with CareSource since 2012. She has been involved in MyCare Ohio since its inception in 2014. Prior to coming to CareSource she worked for the Ohio Home Care Waiver Program for over 10 years. Much of her focus has been in the Waiver space and managing Care Management. Previous experience includes Admissions Coordinator for a Rehab Hospital (Hillside Rehab) and managing Discharge Planning department at Northside Medical Hospital in Youngstown, Oh.
