Shoshanah currently serves on the Clinical Care Executive Team at Cityblock Health where she is Head of Social Care. She is a co-founder of Nest Health, a company that delivers home-based primary care to families with young children, and the founder and former CEO of AIRnyc, a Bronx-based CBO. During her thirteen-year tenure, AIRnyc became the go-to, tech-enabled services partner for providers, payers, and agencies addressing the social drivers of health in New York City, and a community-based leader in the New York State DSRIP process. Early in her career, Shoshanah served in the Peace Corps as a Community Health Worker in Burkina Faso. She has worked globally to build community health programs including the Trachoma Initiative in partnership with Pfizer. Prior to AIRnyc, Shoshanah served on the leadership team at the NYC Health Department, Division of Disease Control. Shoshanah holds an MS in Global Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
