To increase Massachusetts General Brigham’s commitment to providing our patients and practitioners with the best possible care and care guidance, respectively, we sought to deploy evidence-based, standardized care plans across our organization. We have been working toward better serving our clinical staff by empowering them with patient-facing care plans aligned with the latest evidence and guidelines to improve interactions and outcomes. Aligning our top diagnoses with ZynxCare plans of care has resulted in improved clinician-patient interactions, fewer patient exacerbations, and increased wellness, all of which have resulted in healthier lives and greater patient satisfaction.
