Description

Thanks to rapid advances in digital and AI technology, state-of-the-art remote member monitoring and engagement tools can digitize traditional clinical assessments by asynchronously gathering member data through video assessments. By using AI-powered asynchronous video assessments, providers can improve their performance on these measures by reaching more members, gaining deeper insights, and being able to more efficiently monitor those patients to prevent readmissions or other adverse events.

This session will discuss how video-based AI technology can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of assessments to enable more accurate risk adjustment and prioritization, more targeted interventions that lead to fewer ED visits and lower total cost of care.

The session will also provide valuable insights into how technology can be used to improve behavioral healthcare, meet NCQA quality measures and provide more accessible and convenient care to underserved populations. Attendees will learn how to improve mental health outcomes, shifting to a proactive and data-driven solution. The session will wrap up with real-world results, case studies and patient stories to illustrate the positive impact of AI-driven solutions in the quality and behavioral health fields.
